Reports, methodologies, software, and models developed by YemekCenneti are our intellectual property. The client is granted a non-exclusive use license for the purposes of the contracted project. Both parties agree to treat sensitive information shared during the service provision as confidential.

We reserve the right to modify these terms, notifying changes through our website. The client may terminate a service in writing, subject to payment for work completed up to that date. We may suspend or terminate the service in case of a material breach of these terms by the client.
